properly)
- Biomass boilers create local
pollution - "adverse microclimatic effects"
- Noise measured in entirely
inappropriate locations
- Distance from main
source of noise, and appropriate residences
- Proximity to a much
louder road
- "capping off" of two urban
canyons will exacerbate the issue with reflection
- New urban topography could
increase wind turbulence and other "adverse microclimatic
effects"
- This can not have been
considered properly if they think it faces the opposite
direction.
